Pros

Benefits include lots of PTO, free health insurance, and the occasional catered lunch

Cons

There is NO room for growth, and I don't say that lightly. If you are not certified, you will not be promoted. They micromanage you like no place I've ever worked before - they cross reference your clock in time with the good morning message you send in Teams, it is bad. HR is ran by one person who is not only completely rude and unwilling to answer questions but has a "because I said so" attitude which is toxic. You will be treated like a science experiment since they are behavior analysts, expect to be analyzed. They ask for a lot of feedback and say they are feedback driven but when you give feedback they take it as you being uncooperative and combative. Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

Pros

This is the most generous company I've ever worked for. They try very hard to take care of their employees with generous PTO, the best benefits I've ever seen with no premiums for employee and family, great engagement opportunities, tuition reimbursement and student loan pay down. The offices are beautiful and the commute is worth it. Leadership is supportive and open to conversations with any level of employee.

Cons

Too many meetings that can get off track sometimes.

Pros

-My standards for future jobs are now subterranean, so everything else feels luxurious -Leaving boosted my quality of life -Great benefits…nice building

Cons

This entire organization should be ashamed of what they have created. Hidden within the beautiful walls and behind the monthly free food trucks, lies a disgusting organization that thrives on the mistreatment of employees. Speaking and learning was discouraged. Asking questions was practically a punishable offense. It felt like the goal was to create obedient robots, not professionals. Employees were fired at an alarming rate. If you’re looking to constantly fear the fate of your job, look no further. It genuinely felt like the weekly firings were entertainment for upper leadership. If you weren’t a BCBA, you were treated like a disposable accessory rather than a human contributing to the organization. And the director of “ethics”? In my personal experience, she embodied the exact opposite. The micromanagement, insecurity, and condescending attitude created a culture that felt suffocating and petty. It’s impressive, honestly, to lead an ethics department while making the place feel ethically questionable. I truly hope all of these reviews, spanning over years, keeps you from applying to this company. Save yourself. And save your mental health.
