Pros

Fun product and fun to talk about

Cons

Sexism runs deep at management level who also has major control/trust issues. Cares very little about employee safety/well-being, treats employees (from part time to salaried) as disposable with no warning, deep-rooted family issues divide the company at every level, and your voice means nothing. People say it's "not that bad", but trust when I say it's bad.

Pros

Coworkers, flex time, social outings

Cons

Leadership team is all words and no action. They will promote culture and core values, but not live and breathe it themselves. They don't model their devision making or actions based on the culture and core values they have set. Some members of leadership bask in the "Good Ole Boys Club" type of management style, especially if they are challenged or you disagree with them. They like to twist your words around to fit their own narrative, which can easily lead to your demise within the organization. Certain members of leadership are very young and lack the experience and maturity to actually lead others. They go to bat for their "friends" while leaving other team members behind. This place is a toxic culture nightmare.
