Pros

While my time at Beekeeper was short it was a great experience for my professional development. It enabled me to experience what it was like in an agency and while that style was not for me I would very much encourage anyone that is thinking about it to apply. Very fun and creative atmosphere. The senior staff and Partners are always open to new ideas and want to see the Junior people grow/level up. The variety of work you get to handle when you first start out is great and they are good about rewarding you with more as you show responsibility/timeliness with deadlines.

Cons

Not really a con, but you need to have the personality of taking a project and having autonomy with it, so learning to figure out what to do with a set of specific instructions. Your day to day will vary, which allows creative minds to thrive.

Pros

-Everyone is super friendly -Benefits and salary are fair -Has opportunity for growth -Diversity/minority representation was A+

Cons

-Training is a mess, it feels as though no one has time to explain to your role functions with clients. Very throwing you in the deep end on your first day. -There are many groups and sub groups that it’s confused to keep everything straight and who is the right person to ask questions to. -Actual role was different from job listing, hidden job duties made for a more stressful onboarding. -Was stretched to do the job of two people from two different departments. When bringing this up they didn’t seem to see how this was stressful upon being the first week of starting. -Person who was supposed to be there for me just didn’t seem to have the time.
