      I love what we do for the community most of my coworkers are extremely passionate.

      Cons

      Hr is not very trust worthy as an employee I don't feel comfortable opening up about certain issues because it will be used against me.

      Pros

      Most employees are very friendly and caring. The company's cause is great and it truly offers the community help at little to no cost. Intentions are great.

      Cons

      Little to no benefits. Management is horrible. The CEO is a great person but everyone is so biased here. It sucks that its a great place with a great cause but working here honestly can be a drag. Even though you go to HR, they will be biased towards the CEO and seniority. Most out of work activities will be considered "volunteer work" and you will go unpaid.
