Pros

Nothing here was positively memorable to me.

Cons

The managers here are mostly arrogant, and these narcissistic people of the management rule the workplace with hostility and fear. They try to scare employees and humiliate them, and they also boss us around in order to flex their power. They are the worst kinds of leaders that I've ever worked with.

Pros

So many opportunities to work with the most latest technology. Everyone is friendly and wants you to be successful. Flexible hours and remote work for my position. Fun outings with customers.

Cons

Driving to work is tough with the traffic, but they allow us to work remotely so that is good. Sometimes I get called in the late evenings when customers have issues.

Pros

Hard work = great compensation Benefits are phenomenal (PTO/Medical/dental/vision/401k + match) If you are committed to working hard, learning all that you can from upper management on how to be strategic, build onto their network, tailor the knowledge, ask questions, make mistakes, and never give up, you will have built a strong foundation that will enable your success not only here but anywhere. The relationships you'll build not only generate you sales, but will become long term personal relationships. I think that's the key value here, its not what you sell, but what you represent that will carry you long term. All the long time employees here have put the customers interest before the companies bottom line or their own commissions. It's the value in which each person here brings as a team and to our clients that keep us all going.

Cons

There's no free lunch
