Pros

Free snacks... Everything else is a Con

Cons

-Within the first 2 weeks of working at Bedrock I had multiple people from different departments inform me of the negative, despairing facts of this company. I didn't want to believe them but ultimately found them as fact through personal experience. -An alright culture and the worst business I've ever worked at. Anyone with any experience in the real estate industry is running in the opposite direction of this company. In reality its a billionaires hobby who doesn't know anything about real estate. -For starters, the main person in charge of hiring at Bedrock was fired from Quicken Loans and then the main man himself of Quicken Loans made a new position for him as head of Bedrock even though he has no experience in the real estate industry. This job was made for him again bc he was fired from QL for some reason and if you take a bad apple from one place to another its still a bad apple... The Russians say the fish stinks from the head down meaning from the top of management to the bottom.. Case and point. -They do not have the necessary materials to market their retail spaces etc. After 6 years of being in business you would expect a "professional" company to have the necessary materials within the first month of starting to inform interested tenants and brokers of what is available. Total fail. -Complete break down and lack of communication between all divisions when trying to complete the simplest task -Higher up leadership down to the average employee (0 experience) has little to no experience in the real estate industry, that's why all of the other "REAL" brokerage firms in Michigan do not deal with Bedrock, because they know how messed up it is. -Even though one of Bedrock's ISM's states no or little Bureaucracy. I can tell you from first hand experience its 100% bullshat. Bedrock has their own agenda and they don't take advice from anyone other than who is in their circle already even if the advice is paramount to the livelihood of their business.
