Pros
Worked with friends and not coworkers. Over the course of my employment there, I had made some incredible friends and built some solid relationships with other coworkers there. I worked with management well but after a certain point, I recognized that the CEO that grew and fostered values and enabled client and consulting engagement with his spirit was no longer present. In its place came a stagnation with lack of loyalty or any communication to employees- a mechanical operational performance and efficiency results-oriented model over genuine consulting and growth enablement mentality.
Cons
The problem with Bedroc after having been there for a few years the mentality of expecting a cookie-cutter performance and “biting the hands that feed them” was pervasive. In the beginning they listened and expected extremely high performance with getting it done for every project over a true consulting relationship-driven sale. In the final analysis, and what I had learned is that everyone is a dollar-based result with a metric attached.
