      Pros

      Love the work in SF. There is lots of commercial electrical work going on right now. The weather is amazing, not to hot not too cold. Excellent working conditions.

      Cons

      Traffic is a nightmare in San Francisco this year. Way too many people for the public transportation infrastructure. Not enough buses for inner city travel.

      Given the job to do and allowed to get it done; allowed to telecommute; mostly flexible; enjoy working in an academic setting
