      high salary for area many positions are very challenging

      high stress, no rewards for good performance very complex work with minimal to no training poor management lots of co-worker drama/back stabbing poor work ethic & poor performance is tolerated

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Challenging work. Some professional, hard working and nice colleagues

      Cons

      Work with completely broken computer system. Job can be extremely fast paced, overwhelming and stressful. Some clients are in very depressing situations. Management on all levels is unsupportive and lacking. Leading to unhappy, untrained, unprofessional staff, lots of gossip. No opportunity for advancement.
