They are VERY fair with payment and rewards. Everyone is treated the same in regards to role and money. No negotiations, which I like, it shows we are equally valued.

They wont allow customers to speak to you like garbage, you always have the right to ask someone to leave if they are being abusive.

Cons
Only issue is sometimes the "customer is right" was very demoralising when you would stick to your guns when a customer complained about something, and even management agree, but for the sake of people pleasing, head office would often still give out "sorry's" and vouchers to not so nice or deserving people just to keep the peace.
As with any job you wont always get along with everyone all the time.
