Pros

You can pay to use a medallion to ski free, but 3 people use it all the time, there is a low level of management actually managing this. It's first come first serve but people take advantage of it.

Cons

This place has 500 rooms! You will mostly work by yourself or with one other person, handling hundreds of check ins and check outs each day. Typical checkin day (summer AND winter) 210 checkins, typical checkouts 195. And that's even during the week. I saw a day with 379 checkouts, 2 people worked that day, but that is rare. You will stand for hours, and the worst part is this place treats their owners like they're your boss, and they will scream at you ALL THE TIME! Not a great place to work. In fact, it's the worst place I've worked at in this county. The rooms are all in need of updating, the beds are lumpy, as I have seen and been screamed at about. And you will be screamed at for it. Most of the time the managers sit in the back and don't help with checkins, especially when you're by yourself with 175 checkins. The HR team loses your private documents paperwork and will demand you give them it again. They got hacked and all the employee and guest information was stolen. They have NOT taken proper steps to keep guest documents safe. They just throw it in the garbage, which I was screamed at by a guest for because someone did that with hers and it has her address, phone and email on it. I also had my manager's manager try and violate my rights and force me to work more than the employee handbook stated I needed to or that was agreed upon. And there is a very authoritarian management style at this property. I've even been yelled at by a person who introduced himself as the president. I'm glad I left there. They mostly have people with work visas work for them because they can't get people from the county that actually want to work for them.
