Pros
Owner John Beaumont is one of the nicest people I've ever met. It's a small, family run company in Erie, PA. Salaries and benefits are what you expect, so I won't list that as a con. Autonomy, respect and a positive culture. It may not have been the industry for me, but I felt valued and appreciated. Loved working with the people there. This is excellent work experience for interns, as well as entry-level engineers with room to grow from what I've seen. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

The location isn't the safest in Erie, but you just have to be smart.
