Flexible remote and in office hours Some co-workers were great and supportive

Expectations were never communicated. There is no chain of command, it's a free-for-all. They say they want to grow but won't make the changes needed. They say feedback and participation is welcomed, but it's actually not. You will get punished (or fired) for speaking up.
