Pros
The work is straight foward and easy. Quiet quitters paradise. Can do bare minimum work that is required and still remained employed. Can look busy while doing nothing, as long as you seem to be "recovering" the store. Third party security. Can listen to an airpod as long as you remain responsive to peaople talking to you.
Cons
Dont get sick at work because leaving early cou ts against you. They dont drug test so the staff can very. Because you can get away with bare minimum effort for your role, of your a hard worker youll accidentally pick up someone elses slack. Manager is scatteted at best and Supervisor's hardly know whats happening day to day. Third party security can hear everything said on premises, so mind your manners.
