Pros
Beacon was a great place to work. The company was filled with energetic and smart people that were always willing to help and contribute to make the product better. -Spyglass was an exceptional product and delivered an easy to use experience for the user -The development staff was very knowledgeable and always delivered tasks on time -Compensation was better than other companies at the same position -Upper management was easy to work with and always gave direction when needed -Flexible with vacations or when time off was needed -Health benefits were great -Extra benefits such as gym membership/costco etc.... were provided by the company

-Need better infrastructure for hosting
