Pros

Staffing takes extra care consider personalities and attitudes of both employees and clients when making assignments. Office staff is also willing to go extra mile and cover sick calls to continue needed coverage. Clientele is from a specific area and staff makes the attempt to schedule jobs as close as they can. Provide careworkers with extremely helpful care plan

Cons

Only drawback is it's still a small company.

Pros

Awesome flexibility, understanding employers. They find you the job that matches your personality and schedule. Very accommodating, and unlike lots of private companies, THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES.

Cons

None at all. I am really satisfied working for this company.

Pros

Flexible schedules, upscale clientele, good starting pay

Cons

They pay unfairly- if they give you a set schedule for over 40 hours weekly, they will LOWER your base pay rate so that you don't get the full overtime pay. I found out after I left that this is a violation of state employment laws. They also will not pay you for all the time you work- there was another employee that was consistently 15-20 minutes late relieving me and I never got a penny of the extra time I had to stay. Again- illegal. Management plays favorites and is unprofessional- will trash you to other employees behind your back (I was told by two other coworkers some of the things said and was also told things about other coworkers) they will leave reprimands in the logbook for your clients and other employees to read. Cooments were not constructive- they were degrading and condescending. Management mocked my speech and accent as well as my concerns regarding a situation with a client in an email, which wss sent as a cc to the entire company. Policy chamges without notice- protocol that had been in place for over a year was to call during or after business hours if my client had had a seizure. I was reprimanded for calling agter hours because suddenly "it was no longer necessary to contact management for every little thing,". Nothing was verbalized or put into writing regarding this change. There are no benefits- unless you count the incredibly expensive health insurance offered after a year. No vacation time and if you call out sick they won't pay you the state mandated sick time unless you call and request it.
