Pros
New offices. Includes an exercise room slowly being equipped. Typical benefits package but 401K match is low. No real push on Therapists for Productivity like most other therapy services in area, but want 5.5 visits per day.
Cons
Management by coercion. Very negative Perf Reviews for most staff 3 yrs running. Dept and Regional Mgrs play CYA with employees. Daily interaction is friendly/helpful. One on One is oft threatening. Time management documentation and software is clumsy and difficult.
