Pros
First time working in this field and learned so much. This position took my customer service skills to the next level. I really learned how to properly defuse situations and keep people calm. Really taught me how to care for people even when they can be difficult.
Cons
At first, my schedule was a problem. All the good day shifts were taken by more senior staff so I had to work with the overnight shift for my first few months before I got onto swing shift. It was difficult for me because I had to flex my school schedule around these shifts.
