      Autonomous work practice. Most patients want help. Decent schedule. No call or after hours work. Some benefits such as 401K and health stipend. Some accommodations allowed. Great as a part time opportunity.

      Cons

      No group insurance available. Some drama within workplace instigated by owner. Difficult to get coverage for days off. Very limited growth potential,
