      Wonderful, caring and knowledgeable CEO.

      Cons

      They lose touch on client needs. Product team was treble during my time here. They wouldn’t even lend an ear on client issues and future needs.

      Pros

      Great culture, competitive pay, flexibility, trust from team leads and executives alike. Overall, an amazing company and product to get behind!

      Cons

      Onboarding for new hires is a little haphazard. The platform is incredible but so large and intricate that it can easily be overwhelming to those who are just learning it.

      Probably the worst HR department I have ever dealt with. Some of the leadership team have no idea what they are doing.
