Pros
Some are given the chance to travel, and overall it is a pretty laid back environment to work in. There are some great people working here, and they were the ones that made it bearable to some extent. They have a great vision for where the company will go, and it sure is inspiring. But talk will only get you so far.
Cons
1. There are so little employee benefits if you review your contract. 2. Not everyone is given the recognition they deserve, and there is obvious favoritism not just on the individual level but of departments. 3. Although they advocate to be forward thinking and progressive, internally, they are still very old school and work within a hierarchy. 4. They don't have the tools to help you grow, so be prepared to be dropped into the deep end with little guidance. 5. They have a great visions for the future, but lack the leadership to see it through without letting drama, pride and personal feelings get in the way.
