Pros
There was unlimited vacation, but it’s such a small company with an insurmountable workload that you’ll inevitably still have to work through your vacation. Most of the clients are pleasant to work with.
Cons
Once you take out all the people that aren’t related or married to each other, there’s not many people left. Lots of nepotism and incompetence because of it. Leadership clearly does not understand marketing, and is very top heavy. They have a habit of churning employees after they’ve been there over a year, unless you’re related to the executive team, then your job will always be safe. Terrible with bookkeeping.
