      Pros

      Baylor is by far one of the best institutions for Higher Education. The benefits are outstanding, I'm talking 10.8% contribution towards retirement, a family fun environment, and professional development opportunities.

      Cons

      Living in Waco as a young single professional can be a bit challenging, most of the population is married (surrounded by a Christian College).

      Positive culture, management is receptive to feedback, clear path for promotions/new opportunities.

      Not many cons. Like other higher education roles, you’re paid in benefits like vacation, health leave, etc.

      Administration, lowering retirement, upping dining hall prices, don't care about HR complaints, pay, having to start at 8 am, having to work during student holidays
