Pros

One of the best places to work. The pay varies based on department, role, etc. but is generally generous with graduate employees. The work-life balance is amazing. They really prioritize your experience as a student.

Cons

Not really many that I can think of. There's not really any chance of a raise because it's a student worker job, but they're generous elsewhere.

Pros

Positive culture, management is receptive to feedback, clear path for promotions/new opportunities.

Cons

Not many cons. Like other higher education roles, you’re paid in benefits like vacation, health leave, etc.

Pros

My team, the benefits, and tuition remission

Cons

Administration, lowering retirement, upping dining hall prices, don't care about HR complaints, pay, having to start at 8 am, having to work during student holidays
