If you’ve failed interviewing at other companies and need an entry point into the pharma industry, this is the place to go if you don’t mind turning into a robot.
Cons
The autocratic senior managers treat reps like dirt. Prepare to loose all your values and freedom as an individual once you join “Science for a better life”. Don’t ever express your true beliefs to management even though they want you to “trust” them. If your ideas aren’t aligned to the delusional and misguided strategy, you will be crucified. How can these senior managers loose all humility once they are given power? It’s an absolute disgrace.
