Poor lighting on the grounds at night make the place a bit of a challenge. Most of the exterior grounds aren’t paved, and without an enforced speed limit, trucks and other vehicles come flying through their and make the place a bit of a dust bowl on dry weather days. Break room only has a Pepsi machine with only sugary beverage options; which is unfortunate for a diabetic like me. And men’s bathroom only has one working toilet, which makes for long lines waiting to drop a deuce sometimes.

pay is low for whats required, when safety harness is required to comply with osha regulations you are told that they have harness but they are the wrong type, and to climb 20 plus feet on wet metal ladders with no tie off or fail safes to protect you while you working the converors.
