Be cautious - Evaluation Assistant Bay Ridge Physical Therapy Employee Review

Based on my experience they hired me for a different position, the office is not a friendly place, developing comradrie is not encouraged, no one speaks to you, people clock in and clock out. The owner is nice at first but is very controlling of the environment and let's you know he has cameras pointing at every desk. The girl I was to take over for never trained me, I would ask questions and she just didn't want to bother training me. After 4 weeks I was just sitting there waiting for her to tell me what to fax, copy or scan. I left. It was a very oppressive environment!!!
