      Pros

      Diverse business units in many therapeutic areas. Global company the offers opportunities to move within division or across divisions to gain experience and increase breadth and depth of knowledge.

      Cons

      Old school mentality. Baxter is more like a manufacturing company than a pharmaceutical company. Baxter is also very hierarchical and works very much in silos for the most part.
