      Pros

      remote work, sometimes interesting projects

      Cons

      People in the hiarchy think it is a flat company, it is not , hiarchy Not paying talent the right amount , way lower people are mean , not friendly Focused on their targets nothing else 0 development in talent, when I was recruted I was smarter than what I am now , and even the projects that I worked on are with low value

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
