      Pros

      The work we did was great. I worked with high level clients and sr leadership and was encouraged to do so on a regular basis. The technical skills I honed there were equally satisfying.

      Cons

      I wasn't a good fit with the culture. I had hoped for a progressive culture and found it to be uber conservative.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
