Pros
Growth, desire by the upper management to lead the division toward a premier Biotech company. Tenure is good and also a new wave of new hires are brought on to help create a healthy culture for positive changes.
Cons
Multiple sites has historically created too many possible "silos" and this needs to be addressed methodically.
