      flexible schedule; ability to work from home once trained: exciting alternative career direction to work in PV arena; security gate personal were a highlight to my day

      Cons

      NO training for new hires! No communication with hiring manager. The only way into these positions is through a low paying contract position.

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
