Great expertise with personnel on site many of 10+ years experience. Dedicated professionals from engineering, quality and manufacturing. Manufacturing includes many of B+L prescription and OTC pharmaceutical products.
Cons
Director levels can’t seem to align or have the expertise and skills to generate a plan, agree to it, and execute. Management can’t motivate personnel and is clueless of what modern compliant pharmaceutical operations should look like. Asking Valeant millions without a clear understanding on what the actual site priorities and needs are. Continuous backlog, poor or mindless utilization of resources and no idea on risk mgmt. Another FDA 483 is imminent... data integrity, GMP and GLP disregard.
