Pros
Nice work environment; nice people, very well educated and accomplished Very good benefits (though they have changed to meet industry norms) Good work/life balance - able to work from home Nice physical environment They don't boot you out the door when the contract is up. They look for alternate placement and keep staff on overhead for a good while.
Cons
Very much male dominated. Like many companies, it offers little in the way of career paths.
