      Work is interesting Coworkers are smart and engaging Pay is competitive

      Cons

      Very hard to advance Some divisions are toxically competitive Total time reporting can be stressful Senior leadership is constantly trying to cut costs, leading to fairly routine cuts to our PTO accrual, holidays, benefits etc.
