      Pros

      Businesses are made from the strength of their staff and Bathshop321 have some very good dedicated people. The business was growing while I was there and there was some issues but all in all a good business with a good MD and nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of systems and support from suppliers.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time with Bathshop, although it was only 6 months. The business is family run and the owner is a decent guy who always helps out. He is though always busy so sometimes you do have to ask! My colleagues and managers where fantastic. It's not an amazing place to work but the people are great and I would happily work there again.

      Cons

      They are growing year on year and service levels are high. I wish I would have had more training then i could have sold more for them.
