Pros

Usually no work on weekends. Some of the other techs are cool. Decent wages

Cons

Super cliquey. Mandatory overtime unless you are one of their favorites then you can say no and force other employees to put in more hours. No real structure to billing and will bill more if "they got a nice house so they can afford it." The office personnel mess up a lot and expect you to pick up the slack. They don't care about work ethic or quality of work. Only thing that matters is if you are smiling and acting positive. Asking your managers safety questions or double checking your equipment is seen as negativity. They want you to sit on site at residential jobs for extra time than needed to bill more. Then don't like people who think and try and be efficient. They like drones.

Pros

The team to me is the most important asset this company or any company can have, No Ego as it is checked at the door before you enter. We work hard or shall I say play hard. The owner has an amazing vision that has created a culture of an eclectic group of talented individuals who share their talents with an industry that is so receptive. I have been fortunate enough to spend my days (over 21 years and still going) with a company that when small and started this growth did not to lose focus on what was important along the way. The people are our most important assets here and we are reminded every day by the CEO who started this amazing journey as an apprentice to his father, On a side note, I have been with this company going on my 22nd year at the end of July 2024 and I would not want to end my career anywhere else.

Cons

while there are down sides to every journey in the work place, there are not many here. The biggest issue I have seen over the years is that we are so busy in the day to day we lose track sometimes on the task at hand and why our actions brought us to a different conclusion.

Pros

Mgmt is understanding and patient, hybrid schedule.

Cons

Horrible training, coworkers were know it all's and lack serious training skills. The company does not train at all, the programs they use are incredibly hard to just learn as you go, and the turn over rate is extremely high. The owner is a weirdo, and the entire culture there is weird. It is a chaotic and stressful environment, and everything is made to be harder than it should be.
