Pros
I love BBW so working there, being surrounded by all of my favorite products was a plus. Also, free swag! :) The BBW I worked in was in a crowded area, so people were always coming through, which made working there go by fast for the most part. I also really liked my co-workers, manager and one out of two of the assistant managers. When I first stepped in, I remembered how nice and warm-welcoming everyone was, which made me more comfortable about working there. Everyone was really fun, outgoing and nice.
Cons
I started off as a seasonal, then my manager asked me if I wanted to stay on, which I accepted. Then things started going downhill. They offered me a permanent position, but I hardly got any hours, which is still confusing to me. I would keep calling in for my call-ins but they said no literally every time. I literally didn't work a single hour for two months. Two! I mean, why offer me the position when you're not going to give me a single hour??? All they had to say was, "Thanks for working for us, have a nice life." When my college semester ended, I decided to quit because of poor hours and commuting; I'd be spending more money getting there than I would be making. Also, no benefits, no raise. One of my co-workers said she's been working there around 13 years. She's still a sales associate and only got a slight raise; she has to work two jobs because BBW isn't paying her enough.
