Wonderful workplace - Library Page Batavia Public Library Employee Review

This is hands down the best place I have ever worked for. The staff were super kind and helpful. Not a day went by where I didn't feel like a valued member of the team and a person, not a number.

Due to it's nature as a local government job and that there are a limit on the resources they are given, it's unfortunate that there aren't more Fulltime positions, but this is normal in this line of work. I'm not upset by it.

Pam Weber is an excellent manager and the team she has working there are just great people to work with. It's not perfect but I never had much to complain about.

Working at a library can be surprisingly stressful, the patrons can be very demanding at times. There's not much in the way of moving up in the company, but it's a great part time job if you just need supplementary income.
