WHERE DO I START? - 100% paid Health Insurance - We get extra holidays off like Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day & more - A Birthday Bonus - A mountain of Beverage/Snacks/Beer/Liquor/Cold Brew. It's not the cheap stuff either. It's Quest Bars, Atkins Bars, Organic Bars, Vegan Bars, Almonds, Pistachios, Beef Jerky and much more. Forgot your lunch??? Don’t worry there’s Lunch Meat, Organic Bread, Cheese, Guacamole, Hummus, Fresh Fruits, Yogurt and more always in the fridge. - Many work outings like Padres Open Day, State Fair, Del Mar Racing, or just random happy hours. We like to celebrate all the holidays like Mardi Gras. For example every year we celebrate St. Patricks Day. We even take a party bus to LA. - EOY/Holiday party where you spend a night at a very nice hotel/resort and have fun all day & night. Every year has been in different locations. Like Laguna Beach, Palm Springs, Vegas, Hollywood. We have gotten really nice holiday gifts like an Apple Watch this year. - Everyone is friendly and hard-working. The pace isn't for everyone. It is a very fast pace environment especially when it is closer to an election day.
