      Limited, some nice people in the NY office, not many other cons

      Cons

      Hired for one thing, get assigned to do 20 others that were not part of job Juniors don't stay past one year Lack of structure within certain departments, causing delegation and people to be overstaffed High school drama throughout departments

      Pros

      Team works hard, is collaborative, and there is a desire to have a fun company culture. Being a smaller firm its hard to carve out the time for fun, but I've seen continued improvement in this area.

      Small and agile company. Hardworking and supportive group. Exposure to several facets of the commercial real estate industry. Growth opportunities. Thoughtful benefits package.

      Cons

      The company is smaller so growth is slow. Reliance on Executive Team can sometimes result in bottlenecks.
