Engaging and helpful learning environment and great introduction to the industry

At the time it was a little dicey with moving offices but I think they are good now

Management at Baseline makes a concerted effort to support their staff, both in the workplace and when employees are faced with obstacles in their personal lives.

They deal with the growing pains and limited staff much of the industry is facing right now.
