Horrible communication with/from upper management. The whole management personal is RACIST and walks around and talk to and about employees like they are the scum of the earth. The place is filthy and has rats, roaches, and ants throughout the facility (also in and on food). The owner of the company falls to deaf ears when employees make suggestions or complaints. This company is all about a dollar not the well being and safety of it's employees. They have tons of OSHA violations and needs to be shut down. The employee turnover rate is ridiculous

I'm sorry to read that you have such an unfavorable opinion of Base Culture. I can assure you the Management Team is not racist, we pride ourselves on our diversity & and inclusion of all employees. All suggestions and complaints are thoroughly considered , we are constantly striving to improve the business. The safety and security of all employees is our top priority. Our facility is in excellent condition reflected on the 93% we received on our September SQF Audit. Base Cultures values the well being of all employees.
