Pros

amazing co-workers with family like feel.

Cons

Trainings expectations were all over the place. Could be great training provided by management one month and told it was pointless to do the next month.

Pros

-Great Commission structure for Sales and Recruitment. When I was in the recruitment role my 2nd year I was able to earn more than both of my parents put together when I was 22 years old. -Excellent training and coaching from direct managers as well as senior leadership -Massive recent investment in technology, training, employee recognition, and engagement since April Hansen took the helm as CEO

Cons

-can be a steep learning curve when starting

Thank you for sharing this. It’s incredible to hear the level of earning potential you experienced so early in your career. We’re glad the commission structure, training, and coaching stood out. That’s a core part of how we operate. We've been intentional about investing more into development, technology, and employee experience. You’re right, the learning curve is steep. That’s exactly why continued investment in training matters, and we’re committed to building on that. Appreciate you being part of the team.

Pros

The bonds you make with your coworkers

Cons

Pretty much everything els. The bonds you make come from the office trauma you experience here. Upper management has no idea what they’re doing and constantly change focuses. They’re throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks and it’s very poorly thought out so nothing does. The company has a very bad reputation and they’re not doing much to turn that around not the right way anyway. As soon as we replaced the ceo the company literally started to plummet. Top salesmen left. They fired half of the account managers which disrupted everything. People couldn’t handle the influx of clients and they went from 400 listings to 50. This is not a good place to start a career or grow. It used to be and they’re trying to re brand but they need someone to step in to get things going. It’s very sad. You will never be anything but a number here which ofcourse is part of a sales job but this is different. It’s a sad hollow black hole that will suck the motivation drive and happiness out of you. I did pretty good there myself but this is genuinely a bad place to work
