Pros
The benefits are amazing and top notch. Some groups are better than others, it all depends on who you get placed with.
Cons
Like many government contracting companies, especially under this new adminisatration, they are operating from a place of fear. They will not stand up for their employees and leave them hanging out to dry. Out of cowardance they forced their employees back into the office. My work laptop twice malfunctioned during a work meeting and I was reprimaneded for it. Used to be a great place to work, but that is not the case anymore.
