Pros
Collaboration between the business units.
Cons
The company forces you to meet unrealistic goals. Their business model is meeting with clients in person and they do not care how far your commute to a client site is. We are required to meet with clients every quarter when most clients feel like we are nagging them to meet with them. BBSI is not a remote friendly company, all employees need to be in the office five days a week despite the fact of us proving we can and have worked successfully through the pandemic. There are annual meetings as a whole company and with each department that feels like you are in a cult. We as employees are not valued, we are just a number to them. All they care about is money. Raises and annual reviews are out of the question and their response to that is because we get profit sharing. Profit sharing is never a guarantee. The benefits suck and we only get 6 holidays off a year. Don’t even bother asking for time off that you’ve earned because they will come up with all sorts of excuses why you can’t take time off; others in the office will question why you’re taking time off.
