Decent company Get good install works but all linked to other sections getting a bulk package from electrical sections, however it's a case of blind leading the blind, people in office quoting jobs that they have no skills or knowledge for this keeping wages low because you can't earn a better base than a manager but they will allow you to work all hours overtime till you crash and then it's your fault

Poor management with people who don't know how to quote jobs properly and you have to run around and sort jobs out for lads who are on a £1.00 per hour under you
