We’re glad you found the team to be wonderful and talented - they really are. As leaders, protecting that talent means protecting the culture of collaboration and excellence that they joined us for. Sometimes that requires making tough decisions, both for the wellbeing of the team and in the best interests of our clients.
It’s the worst part of our responsibility, is never an easy decision, and we’re truly sorry it ultimately came to that here.
