Over worked due to manager keeping a skeleton crew. Very stressful in meeting sudden deadlines. Management isn't afraid to throw you under the bus to save themselves. Horrible communication. You're expected to read minds and have something done weeks before it's ever brought up. No thought to workers safety either due to weather or sickness (required to come in no matter what, better be dying if you miss work). Blackout periods for vacation time are pointless There is so much overturn in staff, there's almost no point in even learning names. You're either here for years or weeks.
