Hierarchical. Progress is based on sycophancy rather than performance/ability/experience. Poor understanding of diversity and inclusion, target setting leads to unfair employment/promotion prospects. Delusion that a higher corporate grade brings a higher level of knowledge/understanding in all subjects/facets of life. Lack of accountability/responsibility. Poor management.
